Jesse Dean is a commercial real estate investor and broker from Loveland, Colorado. Through Poudre he buys and operates commercial property across the state. As a licensed broker (FA.100109875) with eXp Commercial LLC (EC.100090365), he specializes in industrial and flex property, advising investors and owner-users on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. He pairs brokerage fundamentals, relationships, local market knowledge, and execution, with data tools he builds himself to move deals faster.

Before real estate, Jesse served in the United States Army as a human intelligence collector. He studied Korean at the Defense Language Institute and deployed to Iraq and Syria.

Jesse holds a B.S. in Finance and serves on the Colorado Workforce Development Council. Alongside his real estate work, he runs the Namaqua Institute, a policy research project focused on Colorado, and Kpopulist, a Korean-language news site covering American politics.
