Jesse Dean is a commercial real estate investor and broker from Loveland, Colorado. Through Poudre he buys and operates commercial property across the state. As a licensed broker (FA.100109875) with eXp Commercial LLC (EC.100090365), he specializes in industrial and flex property, advising investors and owner-users on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.

Before real estate, Jesse served in the United States Army as a human intelligence collector. He studied Korean at the Defense Language Institute and deployed to Iraq and Syria.

Jesse holds a B.S. in Finance, is pursuing an MS in Real Estate and the Built Environment at the University of Denver's Burns School, and serves on the Colorado Workforce Development Council.
